Shift hours are; 7.45am – 3pm, 2.45pm – 10pm, 7.45am – 10pm. This is over a 7-day week with the expectation of up to 2 sleep in nights per week if required (these will be following on from a 10pm finish until 8am the next morning).

Contractually, staff are expected to work 37.5 hours per week, but this may be averaged as 150 over a 4-week period or 112.5 over 3 weeks (some weeks they may do more, some weeks less).
