SEND isn’t just about Special Needs provisions, its about providing an inclusive working environment within mainstream that allows all children to access the curriculum at their level in order to meet their full potential. We have primary teachers, secondary teachers and TA’s who support inclusive learning in schools who are passionate about providing an inclusive approach to teaching and learning.
All mainstream schools have children with various needs and due to our knowledge and experience of SEND at SEN Recruitment, we ensure that we provide candidates with the relevant skills to meet the needs of the children and support the schools in sourcing the right candidates who provide the best platforms for learning in order for them to remain part of the school community.
We also work with various councils across the north west in supporting the Inclusion Teams in providing tutors to work one to one with children who are struggling in school and need that extra guidance in their education in various areas of the curriculum. Our dedicated Family Liaison Officer works with both the council and the families involved to ensure this process runs smoothly with the best outcomes for the child.
